Thank you for your interest in LoraBears. There will be a new group of bears on the website when there are enough ready for new homes. All the bears are one of a kind.

Any bear's description that does not say "Adopted" is very likely to be available for purchase.

The best and most effective way to purchase a bear is to join my e-mail list.

Once you're on the list, you'll receive advance notice of updates, and will also be notified as soon as new bears become available. Please visit the website as soon as you receive an update e-mail, as bears can be sold very quickly. My mailing list is private, and is not shared with outside parties.

ADOPT A LORABEAR: If you see a PayPal button and you'd like to purchase a bear using PayPal, simply click on "Buy Now" and you'll be taken to PayPal to complete your order. If you'd like to use any other payment method, please see below.

ON UPDATE DAYS: Orders are accepted by e-mail only. Simply click here to send me an e-mail. In your e-mail, please state the bear you would like to adopt, and your second and third choices, if you have them. If you are a new customer, please include your shipping address, your telephone number, and the way you intend to pay.

All bears are one of a kind, and are available on a first come, first served basis. You must make payment to secure your bear.

If a bear's page says "Reserved", it means that a commitment has been made, but payment has not yet been received. You are welcome to let me know that you are interested in that bear, and would like to be contacted if something happens.

If the bear you would like to adopt is available, I will send you a confirmation by e-mail. If the bear is not available, I will let you know. I 'm usually able to get back to you very soon. If the bear you want is confirmed available, payment is due immediately. Please don't wander away from your computer before the transaction is completed. This is particularly important on the days that new bears become available.

I prefer PayPal; it allows me to ship without delay. I also accept Mastercard, Visa, US money orders, and US personal checks. I will hold a bear for a maximum of 72 hours if you are paying by money order or check. Customers outside the US may use ONLY PayPal. Please note that you will be responsible for customs duties if you are outside the US.

I'll be happy to keep your credit card and shipping information safely on file if you'd like to pre-register. Please do not send credit card information by e-mail. If I don't already have your info on file, we will arrange contact by telephone shortly after you receive confirmation of your order.

If you choose PayPal, I will send you an invoice, so I will need your PayPal address if it is different from your regular email. Please note that PayPal allows you to send payments even if you do not have an account with them. It is extremely easy to sign up with PayPal: just go to www.paypal.com and follow the instructions.

LAYAWAY plans are available. Please email me for information.

You can also print out the form on this site, include your credit card information, and fax it to me. Please email me for the fax number.

Orders shipped within the Continental US are $12-$18, UPS Ground, fully insured. Do you need the bear to arrive by a certain date? Let me know! Please contact me to determine shipping charges for international destinations. These are shipped USPS Express International Mail.

Orders will be shipped within two days after check clears or after receiving any other payment.

All items come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money will be refunded. To qualify for full refund, you must notify me within 24 hours and return item in original condition within 7 days of receipt. Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
